Each person in an organization will have a series of responsibilities assigned from the day that his contract is signed including profile and professional characteristics in order to fulfill all details and responsibilities within the administrative and operational structure of the organization.
All this information, including the method to be used to evaluate results, should be established in a protocol or a formal document describing the work position contemplated.
In some cases this document is known as Work Responsibilities Description Manual prepared and given on the day of integration to the company.
