OUTPLACEMENT

IS A PLAN TO HELP ENTERPRISES TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE PERSONNEL THAT IS RETIRED PARTICULARLY IF HE HAS BEEN A KEY EMPLOYEE.

Outplacement helps an employee that is retired to relocate by providing assistance and methodology in search of employment, selection process, and physiological assistance to face the situation or prepare him to accept an independent economic situation.

The outplacement service is directed to executives as well as all employees.

 

The purpose of the outplacement services are:

Indentify strong personal points, areas of improvement, opportunities of employability in order to prepare a plan of action.

Give the employee a proactive spirit to look for potential jobs, provide techniques that will allow him to develop a reactive attitude based in proper networking to identify work opportunities.

Give advice in the preparation of an effective curriculum vitae and assistance for a proper interview.

Open opportunities and develop strategies that will facilitate the incorporation in a new labor activity. Investigate possible necessary actions to archive the expected results.

DELIVERABLES

The enterprise will receive a report of every employee with work evidence in each case.

The employee leaves with a established plan to relocate or to become independent.

During the three following months we will monitor process and achievements either providing information of job placements or possible market opportunities or else giving assistance to elaborate an independent work plan.
