We search for the right talent to adapt it to the profile required by your company.

HOW DO WE DO IT?

1.- Profile definition. (Critical factors of each position.)
In conjunction with the person responsible of a given area we will establish the most important factors that will determine the results of a given position, those that will be of major importance in the future success of the individual in a given position and that will be determinant in establishing success.

2.- Approval of the work profile.
We will establish the correct profile characteristics of the work position that will be approved by the person responsible for the position and of Human Resources.

3.- Labor market information.

In case it becomes necessary we will provide market information to help formulate the right decision.

4.- Indentify, interview and evaluate.
We start the search of different media in accord with the given position, keeping privacy and confidentiality of the company until we are authorized to provide information to the individual. We will carry out the necessary number of interviews in order to establish the prospect´s characteristics. We will apply psychometric evaluations in accordance with the position to fill. We will then preselect three candidates.

5.- Presentation of the three preselected candidates.
The three preselected candidates are presented with a comparative evaluation chart.

6.- Finalist selected and reference verification obtained.
We will obtain three labor references or for the previous five years crossing information with the references obtained from Human Departments and / or previous employees.

7.- Hiring of chosen candidates.
If the company requests we will provide the necessary assistance to hire the chosen candidate and to obtain all the documents needed to sign the contract.

8.- Follow up of quality assurance.
We will establish a system to follow up the development of the chosen candidate within the company thourgh the following months.

Serpac has a six month replacement warranty depending on the contractual level and job restrictions.

PSYCHOMETRIC EVALUATIONS.

The psychometric evaluations are a tool to help evaluate the characteristics of the individual. A set of five tests are given.(Intelligence, work behavior, values, personality and honesty.)
