WHAT IS AND WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?

Coaching is a work methodology that has been well accepted in most corporations. Coaching will provide a clear vision as where we are and where we want to be. Thus, coaching is a powerful tool for practical application and tangible results.

WHO NEEDS COACHING?

Coaching is directed to all levels of an organization. Coaching can be imparted to teams or to executives.

HOW IS IT IMPLEMENTED?

Its principal characteristic is that coaching is given in a conversation, using this technique the coach and or teams will generate new perspectives that have not been explored, have not been considered and will create and identify positive new plans. with this process the Coach will accompany the Coachee to discover new practical and effective methods and procedures.

TO BE DELIVERED.

The company will receive an initial report indicating the Coachee situation. Progress and a final report supported by actual evidence prepared by the Coachee.

For Team Coaching a full report indicating the initial situation is prepared. A work plan indicating mesurable results proposed. Final results supported by complete evidence is presented.

REQUIRED.

The commitment of both the company and the individual is to participate in all work sessions. There are approximately 8 sessions of 90 minutes each.
