We only keep personal information of no confidential nature for the purpose of 1) Promote your labor experience to locate an opportunity in accordance with your profile that might be of interest , 2) for statistical purposes, 3) to contact you via telephone or internet to inform you of possible news of interest or labor opportunities.

2. That your personal information shall never be disclosed nor shared with others and never shall be used for purposes different to those stated in the first paragraph.

3. SERPAC CONSULTORIA S.C. Shall treat and keep your personal information within the principles of legality, quality, loyalty and proportionality mentioned in the Federal Personal Information Law.

6. That Serpac Consultoria S.C. reserves the right to modify the current statement for the protection of personal information in the future. Any change will be informed via an internet report sent to the address given to us . For your security, any change made in the plan for the protection of personal information will be included in the web page mentioned above.

7. Serpac Consultoria S.C. shall not be responsible if you do not receive the notice of change in the Personal Protection policy if this is due to a fault of the internet service.
